I think you will find that Ron Paul is the ONLY conservative candidate such as... HE IS for less government, and MORE individual rights!! If you want to smoke pot and cigarettes, so what if you want to destroy your health, that YOUR business. STATES have the only rights to control what laws they want to put on the books NOT the FEDERAL government!! If the state you live in makes pot smoking illegal and you don't like that, MOVE to a state that does make it legal. This comes under the "Free from Oppression" section below. The People's Party
It all started with people who opposed slavery. They were common, everyday people who bristled at the notion that men had any right to oppress their fellow man. In the early 1850’s, these anti-slavery activists found commonality with rugged individuals looking to settle in western lands, free of government charges. “Free soil, free labor, free speech, free men,” went the slogan. And it was thus in joint opposition to human enslavement and government tyranny that an enterprising people gave birth to the Republican Party.
In 1856, the Republicans became a national party by nominating John C. Fremont for President. Four years later, with the election of Abraham Lincoln in 1860, the Republicans firmly established themselves as a major political party. All of Us Equal
In 1861, the Civil War erupted, lasting four grueling years. During the war, against the advice of his cabinet, President Lincoln signed the Emancipation Proclamation that freed the slaves. The Republicans of the day worked to pass the Thirteenth Amendment, which outlawed slavery; the Fourteenth Amendment, which guaranteed equal protection under the laws; and the Fifteenth, which helped secure voting rights for African-Americans. All of these accomplishments extended and cemented the fundamental freedoms our nation continues to enjoy today.
The Republican Party also played a leading role in securing women the right to vote. In 1896, the Republican Party was the first major political party to support women's suffrage. When the 19th Amendment finally was added to the Constitution, 26 of 36 state legislatures that had voted to ratify it were under Republican control. The first woman elected to Congress was a Republican, Jeanette Rankin from Montana in 1917. So it was by hardworking Republican hands that color and gender barriers were first demolished in America.
Free from Oppression
Republicans believe individuals, not government, can make the best decisions; all people are entitled to equal rights; and decisions are best made close to home. These basic principles are as true today as they were when the Party was founded. For all of the extraordinary leaders the Party has produced throughout its rich history, Republicans understand that everyday people in all 50 states and territories remain the heart and soul of our Party.
Presidents during most of the late nineteenth century and the early part of the twentieth century were Republicans. The White House was in Republican hands under Presidents Dwight D. Eisenhower, Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush. Under Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush, the United States won the Cold War, releasing millions from Communist oppression, in true anti-big government Republican spirit.
Elephants, Not Donkeys
The symbol of the Republican Party is the elephant. During the mid term elections in 1874, Democrats tried to scare voters into thinking President Ulysses S. Grant would seek to run for an unprecedented third term. Thomas Nast, a cartoonist for Harper's Weekly, depicted a Democratic donkey trying to scare a Republican elephant - and both symbols stuck. For a long time, Republicans have been known as the "G.O.P." with party faithful believing it meant the "Grand Old Party." But apparently the original meaning (in 1875) was "gallant old party." When automobiles were invented it also came to mean, "get out and push." That's still a pretty good slogan for Republicans who depend every campaign year on the hard work of hundreds of thousands of everyday volunteers to get out and vote and push people to support the causes of the Republican Party.
Freedom Fighters
Abolition. Free speech. Women's suffrage. These were all causes the Republican Party adopted early on. So, too, were reducing the size of government, streamlining bureaucracy, and returning power to individual states. With a core belief in the primacy of individuals, the Republican Party, since its inception, has been at the forefront of the fight for individuals' rights in opposition to a large, intrusive government.

China’s Economy on the Brink of Collapse

China’s economy is on a dangerous track and may soon experience a crisis worse than the European debt crisis, Chinese economists say.

Since the Chinese regime implemented a series of “tightening” policies to curb the real estate market, home prices have been falling across China. Meanwhile, land sales–the main source of local governments’ revenues–have also dropped sharply.

The Chinese military has staged a massive wargame exercise near Pakistan in response to a build-up of U.S. troops in the region as a top Chinese government official warned that any threat to Pakistan would be taken as a direct threat to China.

In a report by China’s Central Television translated for us by a native Mandarin speaker, an unnamed government official warned, “Any threat to Pakistan is a threat to China,” in response to increasing hostility directed towards Pakistan by both the US and NATO in the aftermath of aNATO bombing that killed 26 Pakistani soldiers last week.

Pakistan responded to the airstrike by sealing its border with Afghanistan, preventing supplies from reaching the US-occupied country.

Wisconsin County Attempted Sexual Assault Prosecution of 6-year Old for Playing Doctor

"MADISON, Wis. -- Grant County and the Grant County Department of Social Services have been added as defendants in a pending lawsuit against the county’s district attorney and two others.

The suit alleges that District Attorney Lisa Riniker went too far in prosecuting a 6-year-old boy for first-degree sexual assault after he allegedly played “doctor” with two 5-year-old children -- one boy and one girl -- last fall. Jan Moravits, a social services investigator, and James Kopp, a now-retired sheriff’s investigator, were also named in the original suit.

The amended complaint filed late Sunday night also claims Riniker retaliated against the 6-year-old plaintiff’s parents when she sought a gag order in state court last week to prevent a scheduled interview with WISC-TV from taking place. The document goes on to say that Riniker believed the gag order would prohibit the plaintiffs from speaking with their attorneys for the federal suit, or proceed with the federal court case.

The 10th Amendment to the United States Constitution is a guarantee of States' rights. The Constitution designed the federal government to be a government of limited and enumerated, or listed, powers. WE know that there is a thing called tariffs. THAT is how our nation made money back in the day before the Federal Reserve Act  was illegally passed and to some extent up until NAFTA was passed. 

We know that all imported goods would be taxed at a level that made products from other countries priced the same as, if not more than, the products WE manufactured here.


That would not do for the banksters (such as those who twisted our arms to pass the Federal Reserve Act back in 1913. Most congressmen were on Christmas break, when it was passed.)  because they could not get a hold of the money because it went into THE TREASURY of the United States!!  
So to get jobs back, we need to have NAFTA repealed!! WE need to demand that the Federal Reserve Act be repealed, and start charging high tariffs on all imports or at least at a rate that would make prices comparable to prices of products made here by OUR people!! Until that is changed we will continue down this troubling road.
WE also have to make sure that all the red tape regulations and taxes that hinder businesses from growing and expanding need to be removed. THAT goes without saying.
Next, unions have been one of the key reasons our nation is also going down. When unions demand higher wages and unbelievable benefit demands it causes prices on goods made here to be too high! Look at the prices of U.S. made cars!! If the union run employees would not demand so much, manufactures would be able to build and make better goods and offer them at better prices.


Oh, and one more piece of information,…. If you think that raising taxes on the rich is going to help, then you are dead WRONG!! If that person is a Owner or CEO of a manufacturing plant they will pass the tax raise on into the price of the product. WE will pay the tax NOT THEM!! WE the consumer will always suffer in paying higher prices for the greed of the rich farmers or manufactures. It’s life. It sucks sometimes. The best thing you can do is make the government stop taxing these people. They just may hire you with the extra money they now have, and give you a nice paying job. Oh yeah, you don’t want a job. You want to keep crying on Wall Street about not getting things for free.
I have not heard this suggestion made by ANYONE in our governments or the Presidential candidates. Wonder why?? …. They are scared of what will happen to them if it happens because the criminals running our nation are huge and have assassins on hire all around the world and they can be put into action at any time. 
That’s scary!! WE are living in scary times.

As you are leaving the store, there are radio receivers at the exits that will receive all the signals from the tiny radios that will give the same information we get from bar codes today, and then receive the signal transmitting from your implanted chip which has all your bank account details and balance and will automatically deduct money owed from your band account.

Thomas Gordon Jr. of Philadelphia, a TSA “screener,” was arrested on March 24 and charged with distributing more than 100 images of child pornography via Facebook. He allegedly uploaded explicit pictures of young girls and also is said to have posted a photograph of himself in his TSA uniform, Fox News reported on Saturday. Gordon was arrested by Homeland Security and is being held without bail
Federal agents also note Gordon routinely searched airline passengers, despite the fact the searches are unconstitutional and illegal. A growing number of district attorneys around the country have indicated they may charge TSA employees with sexual assault.

According to CNN, the government considers “arrogant complaining” about TSA Gestapo tactics at the nation’s airports to be an indication of terrorist behavior.
Objecting to TSA goons molesting your six year old daughter is characterized as “contempt against airport passenger procedures” and will likely get you profiled as a “high risk” passenger and probably a terrorist.

Race, religion or ethnicity are not considered a “behavioral indicator,” according to the government, even though terrorists supposedly acting on September 11, 2011, were Muslims, or so the government concluded after conducting a shoddy investigation, even though several members of the 9/11 Commission suspected deception on part of the Pentagon and consider its final report highly flawed.

“I think taxpayers should be shocked,” said Robert Campus, Llovera’s attorney. Campus said he believes the operation costs tens of thousands of dollars.

MARINE CONFIRMS PRISONER BOXCARS PREPOSITIONED EVERYWHERE FOR MARTIAL LAW-

HE ADMITTED (actually, BOASTED would be more appropriate) that there were INDEED PRISONER BOXCARS PREPOSITIONED EVERYWHERE THROUGHOUT MONTANA where I interviewed him(and nationwide)...that the military has properly assessed the civilian resistance/militia threat under martial law, and hence had everything in place for a military takeover USING US MARINES HEAVILY.

Heroin, the CIA in Afghanistan, 9/11 and the Mujahadeen

Afghan President Hamid Karzai has always been on the outside edge of politics. His claim to fame was becoming a hero during the Mujahedeen resistance to the Soviets in the 1990s. His nefarious brother, Ahmed Wali Karzai, is of particular interest for his role in the booming heroin trade and the subsequent troop surge in Marja (Helmand Province). Ahmad Wali is most likely the top drug lord of Afghanistan, if not the entire region and rules the trade routes with an iron fist under the guise of being a businessman.

Ahmad Wali Karzai served time in US Federal prison for trafficking heroin but returned to Afghanistan and created a very large and very feared “security company” that essentially controls trade in and around the Helmand Province, specifically “Highway 1″ (a strategic route). The Helmand Province is considered to be the world’s most fertile region for growing poppies (opium/heroin).



He and his minions charge convoys in order to pass through the region unharmed and many US Military commanders have even admitted to this yet continue to play along in order to avoid bloodshed and issues. His forces control passage of private trucks, civilians, military convoys and most importantly; the heroin.

In 2010, President Hamid Karzai banned foreign private security contractors from operating in public in Afghanistan. In August of 2010, he reiterated this decision very publicly (and in the direction of the United States), saying many of the organizations tasked with providing security are engaging in terrorist activities, working with “Mafia-like” organizations and “looting and stealing from the Afghan people.” He has often accused the United States, United Nations and other Western countries of interference in national events and in shaping the power structure of Afghanistan. He once even threatened the West with rejoining the Taliban himself (back to his roots, I suppose?) if the interference did not cease.



Mujahadeen, the Taliban and the CIA’s al-Qaeda
One important thing to note is that the Taliban was created, funded, trained and used as a proxy military by the United States. In the 1990s, the Mujahadeen were considered ‘freedom fighters’ against the Soviet invasion and occupation of Afghanistan. Once the Soviets withdrew in shameful defeat, many of these Taliban, or freedom fighters, returned to their respective countries – mainly Saudi Arabia. As most know, the Saudis have essentially been the Arabic arm of the George Bush administration and the CIA for decades. But, Saudi Arabia didn’t want them there. The taliban fighters were shunned and some of them started realizing they had been used as pawns. Small bands of former Mujahadeen began to appear in various countries, railing against their former leaders and governments.

.Scientist finds Gulf bottom still oily, dead

WASHINGTON – Oil from the BP spill remains stuck on the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico, according to a top scientist's video and slides that she says demonstrate the oil isn't degrading as hoped and has decimated life on parts of the sea floor.


That report is at odds with a recent report by the BP spill compensation czar that said nearly all will be well by 2012.


At a science conference in Washington Saturday, marine scientist Samantha Joye of the University of Georgia aired early results of her December submarine dives around the BP spill site. She went to places she had visited in the summer and expected the oil and residue from oil-munching microbes would be gone by then. It wasn't.


"There's some sort of a bottleneck we have yet to identify for why this stuff doesn't seem to be degrading," Joye told the American Association for the Advancement of Science annual conference in Washington. Her research and those of her colleagues contrasts with other studies that show a more optimistic outlook about the health of the gulf, saying microbes did great work munching the oil.




"Magic microbes consumed maybe 10 percent of the total discharge, the rest of it we don't know," Joye said, later adding: "there's a lot of it out there."


The head of the agency in charge of the health of the Gulf said Saturday that she thought that "most of the oil is gone." And a Department of Energy scientist, doing research with a grant from BP from before the spill, said his examination of oil plumes in the water column show that microbes have done a "fairly fast" job of eating the oil. Lawrence Berkeley National Lab scientist Terry Hazen said his research differs from Joye's because they looked at different places at different times.


Joye's research was more widespread, but has been slower in being published in scientific literature.


In five different expeditions, the last one in December, Joye and colleagues took 250 cores of the sea floor and travelled across 2,600 square miles. Some of the locations she had been studying before the oil spill on April 20 and said there was a noticeable change. "Agenda: Grinding America Down"

"They say that all roads lead to Rome. That’s true, in a sense, about everything, including our own government. And if you follow the roads that lead to Washington, you’d be very surprised.
Our government isn’t what it looks like. There’s something at work here, behind the scenes, trying to bring this republic to her knees.
No, I’m not talking a conspiracy. A conspiracy is a plan devised in private between two or more people to commit a subversive act. I don’t think what’s happening to our country is in any way private.

I think they’re being quite bold about what they’re trying to do.
And whether their agenda is called liberalism, humanism, socialism or what, it all comes down to a common worldview and how they want to transform this country. In fact, America has an enemy that is very close to seeing its goals and objectives realized – and the American people can see the results of this plan in every corner of their existence if they will only open their eyes.
Joseph Stalin said, “America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold: its patriotism, its morality, and its spiritual life. If we can undermine these three areas, America will collapse from within.”
In 1958, Cleon Skousen authored the book The Naked Communist. In this book he cited 45 declared goals of the Communist party to destroy America from within. Included in these goals were:
■Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.
■Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.
■Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N.
■Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces.
■Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
■Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.
■Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations.
■Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, and policy-making positions.
■Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.
■Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression.
■Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them “censorship” and a violation of free speech and free press.
■Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity, which does not need a “religious crutch.”
■Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.”
■Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
■Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the “common man.”
And you thought communism was dead – it’s only been renamed. It comes to us in the guise of socialism, progressive thought, and social justice. And if you look at their entire list, they are horrifyingly close to realizing their goals.

In exchange for the convenience of using plastic, you also give up something some people hold dear -- privacy. Many privacy experts warn that consumers should be mindful of what they buy with plastic.
How much do credit card issuers know about your purchases? What can they legally do with the information?
Privacy questions
"Obviously that is something that most credit cardholders are not going to think about," says Paul Stephens, director of policy and advocacy for the Privacy Rights Clearinghouse, a San Diego-based privacy rights groups. "They've obtained a credit card and think they can go out and use it in any way they like."
Have you used your credit card at merchants specializing in secondhand clothing, retread tires, bail bond services, massages, casino gambling or betting? Your credit card issuer may be taking note -- and making decisions about your creditworthiness based on your purchasing behavior. The reason: Buying used clothing or retread tires may be an indication of financial distress and a preamble to missed credit card payments or defaults.
Increasingly, issuers tightening lending standards are using purchasing data as a basis for increasing interest rates, reducing credit limit or both on customers considered more risky by virtue of where they shop or what types of goods and services they buy.

Experts say cardholders concerned about keeping purchasing habits private or avoiding credit score dings should consider using cash or gift, stored value or prepaid debit cards. Shopping at large supermarkets or wholesale clubs -- which offer a variety of product lines -- may also keep some purchases private. Other tips: Spread purchases that may indicate risky behavior over several credit cards to avoid triggering an alert for a single issuer.
